President
Spicer Pro is a culmination of the life experiences of its award
winning founder, Bill Spicer. From his early days at WJZ-TV, he has
over 45 years of hands-on experience. Bill has seen the technology
transform and contributed his own inventions along the way. He has
demonstrated the ability to perform multiple job tasks, and gained the
respect of his peers for his proven abilities. Bill has surrounded
himself with talented and creative people, and allowed them to express
their abilities and ideas. Bill was married to
Kaye Montgomery (Kaye Blickensderfer - Rudge).

has given her the skills to design, produce, and manage projects from
script to screen, as well as the working knowledge to advise a variety
of clients on their needs in the visual medium. With more than 30 years
of experience, she has developed a strong background in marketing,
graphic design, writing, and video & film production, resulting in
numerous award winning programs.
